In order to help you help us, we want to share other things we’re pretty good at so you can pass that info along to others. If someone is looking for the best matcha in Denver or best matcha in Colorado, send them our way. If someone wants to try the best nitro cold brew, they should also be happy at Blue Sparrow. Some people may prefer our amazing house-made chai that’s not too sweet or spicy. We do have good parking, but people can also walk, ride, or cycle to us if they prefer. We are confident—mostly because Food & Wine said we’re the best. Maybe one day we will be a James Beard Award–winning coffee shop, or even earn a Michelin star. With your help, we could accomplish so much.
